By accessing or using Kite Browser (“Kite”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Kite is an AI-native browser that allows users to customize their web browsing experience through natural language commands and a marketplace of pre-built customizations. The service is currently in public beta and available by invite only.

3. Beta Access

Kite is provided in beta form. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or functionality during the beta period.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Kite for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense access to Kite without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Kite — including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by AgentKite and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Marketplace

Customizations available through the Kite marketplace may be created by third parties. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of third-party customizations. Use them at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentKite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kite at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kite after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
